• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
  Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the data they upload, connect, or sync with the platform.

• All content, designs, algorithms, and branding elements associated with insight-X are either owned by or licensed to the platform.
  No content may be copied, distributed, republished, or reused without prior written consent.

• Insight-X allows connections to external platforms (e.g., Sheets, Notion, Salesforce). While we facilitate these integrations, insight-X is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party services.

The AI-generated insights provided by insight-X are designed to support strategic decision-making but should not replace professional or human judgment.
We do not guarantee business outcomes or the accuracy of predictions based on third-party or user-provided data.

We maintain industry-standard practices to protect user data, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits.Users are responsible for ensuring their data complies with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

We aim to maintain continuous access to the insight-X platform. However, we may temporarily suspend services for updates, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.

Insight-X reserves the right to update, add, or remove features without prior notice as part of platform evolution and performance improvement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if terms are violated, misuse is detected, or security is compromised.

Insight-X shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, financial loss, or decisions made solely on platform-generated insights.Use of the platform is at your own risk and discretion.
